How will I receive the ticket?

Upon receipt of payment will send you an automated email which is your e-ticket. This ticket will include your unique reference number which you can use to gain entry to the event.

How long before I get my eTicket confirmation?

As soon as payment has been made an e-ticket will be sent. If you don't receive this email check your Spam or Junk folder. We try to ensure that our email doesn't look like spam, but it is your responsibility to check your mail settings and ensure that you can receive mail from us.

Some email programs have a 'white list' allowing you to add an address or domain from which you will always receive email. We recommend that you add '' to this list.

How will the venue know who I am?

The venue or promoter downloads the details of everyone who has purchased a ticket for the event. Once you arrive they will check your details at the door. As long as you bring your ticket confirmation you will gain entry.

Do you include booking fees for buying online?

Some events will have booking fees added to the ticket price. Where this is the case the booking fee will be clearly displayed before the final stage of the purchase.

The event has been Cancelled or Rescheduled. Can I get a Refund?

Cancelled events
If an event is cancelled you will be contacted as soon as possible by the event organiser and offered a refund for the ticket(s) purchased including any booking fees.

Rescheduled events
If an event is rescheduled you will be contacted as soon as possible by the event organiser and given the option of a refund or to attend the rescheduled event.

I can no longer go to the event any more / can't use my tickets, can I have a refund?
No, if you have bought tickets that you no longer require you are not entitled to a refund. Whether or not to provide a refund will be at the discretion of the event organiser. You need to contact the event organiser to establish whether you're entitled to a refund (contact details are displayed on your e-ticket)

SMS Tickets.

An SMS ticket is a ticket sent to a mobile phone as a text. In order to receive SMS tickets, you need to register a valid mobile phone number when making a purchase. An additional charge will be made for an SMS ticket. When an SMS ticket is requested we still send out an e-ticket to your email address.
